Classes designed for babies from 6 weeks to 5 years to help support emotional, physical and cognitive development in the early years. The classes are focused on providing a safe, secure, nurturing and calm environment for parents/carers and little ones to enjoy this special time together. Each week there will be an opportunity for parents/carers to chat and participate in a relaxation or mindfulness activity.
Baby Massage
(4 weeks to 5 months)
During the 5 week course we will focus on different areas of the body, learning a range of massage techniques to support your babies physical, emotional and cognitive development, helping you to feel confident in continuing baby massage safely at home.
Week 1 - Introduction to Massage.

Week 2 - Tummy (Colic & Constipation)
Week 3 - Chest & Face (Congestion)
Week 4 - Back (tummy time)

Baby Yoga
(4 to 12 months)
This 5 week course is designed to support your babies with their continuing physical and cognitive development throughout the first year. In each session we will incorporate elements of movement, music and sensory play to encourage and support your little ones in exploring their bodies and the world around them. The classes are baby led, working with babies at their current stage of development.

Mini Yoga
( approx. 2 - 5 Years)
Classes provide a safe, calm and nurturing environment for children to explore, move and learn. Each week we will incorporate breathing activities, yoga postures, mindfulness and sensory play specifically tailored to support children in their physical, emotional and cognitive development.
