  1:2:1 Sessions

1:2:1 sessions are ideal if you are just getting started and want to build confidence before joining a class, for those who are further along in their yoga journey and are looking for guidance in developing their practice or for anyone who is recovering from illness and/or injury and would benefit from a more tailored yoga practise. 

Private Group Sessions

Private group bookings are available for one off events eg. hen parties, corporate wellness days, events and parties or if you have a group of friends who would like to arrange a fun weekly activity. Whatever your yoga needs, there is something for everyone.

Yoga Flow

A  slightly faster, flowing style of yoga, incorporating elements of breath work, postures and relaxation. Yoga flow classes focus on developing strength, flexibility and mobility. Classes are suitable for beginners/intermediate level. 18 + years. 

Yin Yoga

A restorative, slow style of yoga, using props (blocks, bolsters & blankets) to support students in accessing postures for a longer period, normally between 3-5 minutes. Yin yoga works deep into the connective tissue and ligaments, helping to support mobility and flexibility through the joints. Suitable for all levels. Equipment provided. 18 + years. 

Mum & Baby

A class specifically designed to support mums and babies in the post-natal period, approx. 8 weeks after birth up until crawling. The class is supportive and friendly, offering breathwork, postures and relaxation to aid post-natal recovery in mums and includes specifically tailored postures to support physical and cognitive development in babies. 

Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga in pregnancy is a great way to stay active and is healthy for you and your baby. Each week we discuss a new topic associated with pregnancy, birth and beyond, developing knowledge and understanding, empowering women to make informed choices that are right for them. We practise breathing techniques to support you during pregnancy, labour and birth, and move through postures tailored to the needs of your changing body. It is also a great opportunity to meet other mums to be, developing new connections and friendships.
